HabitStats Support (draft)

- I didn't get my sign-in code. Check spam, and make sure the address is right. Codes expire after 15 minutes.
- My log didn't sync. Entries are saved on your phone first. A dot means "not synced yet", and it syncs when you're back online.
- Who can see my habits? Nobody, unless you make a habit shareable and share it to a group. See the privacy policy.
- Delete my account: Settings → Delete account in the app, or sign in at habitstats.com/account and choose Delete account.
- Can I use HabitStats on a computer? You can sign in at habitstats.com/account to change your display name and cheer notifications, download your data, or delete your account. Logging habits is in the iPhone app.
- The sign-in link showed me a code instead of signing me in. The link only finishes signing in on the browser where you asked for the code. Type the code shown there, or ask for a new one on this browser.
- I was signed out of the website. Unless you tick "Keep me signed in on this computer", closing the tab signs you out. Kept sign-ins last up to 30 days.
- Someone in a group is being abusive, or a name is offensive. In the group: the menu → Report group, or Members → the person → Report. You can also block them (they aren't told) or leave the group. We review reports within 24 hours. See the terms.
- Unblock someone: Settings → Blocked people.
Security
Found a security problem in HabitStats or HabitStats Home? Please email info@certifiedcloudconsulting.com with what you found and how to reproduce it, and give us a reasonable chance to fix it before telling others. We reply within two business days. Please don't access other people's data, run automated scans against our servers or disrupt the service while looking; testing with your own account and family is fine. We don't pursue anyone who reports in good faith under these rules. Our machine-readable contact is at habitstats.com/.well-known/security.txt.
