HabitStats Terms of Use

Effective October 21, 2026.

These terms are an agreement between you and Certified Cloud Consulting LLC ("we", "us"), which operates HabitStats. By using HabitStats you agree to them and to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which also applies. If these terms and Apple's conflict, these terms apply between you and us. Our privacy policy explains what we store and why.

Community rules (groups)

Groups are small, invite-only circles for encouraging each other. Everyone agrees to these rules before creating or joining their first group, and they apply to everything other people can see: group names, display names, the names of habits you share, and the cheers you send.

  1. Be kind. No harassment, bullying, threats, intimidation or hate, and nothing that targets anyone for who they are.
  2. Keep names clean. Group names, display names and the names of habits you share must be fine for everyone: nothing obscene, sexual, violent, hateful or impersonating someone else.
  3. No spam. No advertising, scams, or repeated unwanted invites or cheers.
  4. Nothing illegal. Don't use HabitStats to break the law or to share anything that infringes someone else's rights.

There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You can report a group or a member from inside the app (the group's menu → Report group; Members → a member → Report), block someone (they aren't told, and you stop seeing their habits, name and cheers), or leave a group at any time. We review every report within 24 hours. We may rename or remove a group, remove someone from groups, or suspend or end an account that breaks these rules, with or without notice.

Your account

  • You need an account to use HabitStats; keep access to your email secure. You must be at least 13 (or older where local law requires). HabitStats isn't directed to children.
  • You're responsible for what you enter and share. Everything is private until you choose to share a habit with a group or household.
  • You can export your data or delete your account at any time in Settings.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you enter. You give us permission to store, process and display it only to run HabitStats for you and for the people you choose to share with (as described in the privacy policy). We don't sell it or use it for advertising.

Health information

HabitStats is a tracking tool, not medical advice. Targets, trends and suggestions (for example calorie or protein targets and weight trends) are informational. Talk to a qualified professional before changing your diet, exercise or sleep, especially if you have a health condition.

Standard terms

  • The service. We provide HabitStats "as is" and "as available", and may change or discontinue features. We aim to keep your data safe and available but can't promise uninterrupted service.
  • Acceptable use. Don't interfere with the service, try to access other people's data, reverse-engineer it except where the law allows, or use it in ways that break these terms or the law.
  • Liability. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the greater of USD 50 and what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be limited.
  • Ending. You can stop using HabitStats and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access for a breach of these terms (including the community rules).
  • Apple. Apple isn't responsible for HabitStats or its support, and has no obligation to maintain it; Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
  • Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA.
  • Changes. We'll post changes here and update the effective date; material changes will be announced in the app.
