HabitStats Home Support (draft)

Help for the HabitStats Home iPad wall board. Parents run it from the Home tab of the HabitStats iPhone app (it appears once you're a parent in a family; to start one, go to Settings → HabitStats Home → Set up HabitStats Home).

Common questions

• The kiosk says "Pair this kiosk". It was removed from your family, or it's new. In HabitStats, go to Home → Kiosks → Pair a kiosk and type the 5-character code on the iPad.
• The calendar stopped updating. In HabitStats, open Home → Google. If an account says "Needs reconnecting", reconnect it.
• A chore approval didn't arrive. Approvals always appear on HabitStats' Home tab (with a badge), even if a notification is missed.
• I forgot the kiosk PIN. In HabitStats, go to Home → Kiosks → Kiosk PIN and set a new one.
• Delete my account or family: in HabitStats, go to Settings → Delete account. See the privacy policy for exactly what's removed.
